The Kensington High Street area of London is quite convenient and is a very exclusive area with some of London’s best restaurants and shops. Just to the left side of Kensington Gardens, an easy walk from this apartment, is Kensington Palace. You will find easy shopping and good transportation from the Kensington High Street tube, or the buses that run along Kensington High Street.

Our London apartment on Stratford Road is a very comfortable, pretty apartment on the two top floors of a four-storey house.

(Please note: 2 flights of stairs to the apartment and the apartment is on 2 floors so not recommended for someone with mobility problems.)

Both upstairs bedrooms have balconies and there is a roof garden which has a table and four chairs and an outstanding view over Kensington.

The living room is charming and comfortable with gas burning fireplace and nice furnishings. The room is a good size and has comfortable sofas, coffee table, etc.

The apartment is light with windows overlooking the street.

A separate dining area has a good-sized table seating six.

There is a modern, open-plan kitchen off the living-room and dining area, with a dishwasher and washer / dryer.

On the top floor is the master bedroom, a twin bedded room and one bathroom.

Dowstairs to a half-landing there is a very small bunk-bedded room, ideal for children, and the second bathroom. There is also a sofa-bed in the living room.
