Kensington
the
proximity of Kensington Palace, still a royal residence, means
the area has remained relatively unchanged, with its gracious
gardens and fine museums ; also excellent for antiques and other
shopping.

An
attractive, cobbled lane, Spear Mews lies just off the
busy Earls Court Road, and this pretty house is at the
quiet, inner end. Within easy walking distance is the
tube station, good grocery stores and a variety of restaurants.
Our house has three storeys and has just been remodelled
to an extremely high standard. There is a pretty tiled,
terraced garden and a garage for one car.
The
small hallway, off which there is a cloakroom, leads into
a large, light L-shaped living-room. There is a grand
piano and french doors lead out to the garden. There is
a 'state of the art' kitchen area off this room with all
possible appliances.
Upstairs
are two very nice double bedrooms and two equally smart
bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. Upstairs again is
the master bedroom with a queen bed and french doors on
to a small balcony. The ensuite bathroom is luxuriously
appointed throughout. Next door is another single bedroom,
also with a door on to the balcony and its own shower
(ie. no tub) bathroom.
