Holland Park Mews is a quiet cobbled street of classical 'gem' houses, which in bygone days housed the servants of the impressive mansions behind. Our London apartment is on the ground floor; off a small lobby is the large elegant living-room which also has a round dining table seating six. The narrow modern kitchen is very well-equipped. Upstairs is the master bedroom with ornamental balcony overlooking mews, queen bed and a fine ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and next door is a bathroom with shower etc but no tub. The whole house is furnished to an exceptionally high standard.
