This lovely house in Kensington is situated in the quiet and sophisticated Clareville Grove, just off the Old Brompton Road, and tucked between the southern ends of Queens Gate and Gloucester Road. The tube stations are a short walk, and a good cross-section of shops and restaurants abound in this smart South Kensington area.
On the ground floor there is a small, comfortable study in which there is a fax/answer-machine. Also off the hall is a cloakroom with W.C. and handbasin. The modern, well-equipped kitchen is also a combined casual sitting room with sofa and TV, and has a dining area with a round table seating 6. From this room, doors open on to a planted patio. The kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave, and downstairs in the basement, along with the central heating boiler, is a washing machine and separate dryer.
