Close by are two major supermarkets, plus all the shops in Kensington High Street. Harrods and Kensington Gardens are ten minutes bus ride away, and Gloucester Road and High Street Kensington tube stations are around a 7-minute walk.

The living room is comfortably furnished and has recently being updated. The dining area has an extending oval dining table to seat 6-8 with matching chairs. There is a small antique sideboard in polished mahogany. The kitchen is well fitted and has washing machine, gas cooker, microwave and large fridge.

The master bedroom has a queen size (5') bed, large fitted wardrobes, which incorporate a chest of drawers, and a comfortable wing-backed armchair. There are full length French windows, and a large en suite bathroom with bath, power shower over bath, toilet and wash hand basin. There are two twin bedded rooms with fitted wardrobes. On the first landing of the staircase there is a tiny outdoor area with table, two chairs and window boxes. This area is not suitable for children.
